Hello all,
The past couple days have been very trying for me. My son has decided that at his 16years he wants to be a man and get a job. Now, I have never mentioned him working before, so no I'm not forcing him. But, I have thought about it and come up with the answer of WHY NOT!? Why not let him start to learn responsability? Why not let him get some small job to teach him that education is really a helpful tool in making it in life so you get a great job you love. Why not let him learn how it's not that easy to work for what you want but, it does feel great and rewarding when you do so! I'm a proud parent today. I'm proud that I have a son who has decided that he wants to find his way now, instead of being lazy and finding out the hard way! I'm proud that I, as a parent, have moments like this that makes me think maybe, just maybe, I have done something right! xoxoxoxoxoxoxo
